Warmup
CoC#T - 10reps
CoC#1 - 4reps
CoC#2 - 1rep
Workout
CoC#2 - 4 closed reps
HG300 (chocked) - Partial close 1rep
RB260N - 1 closed rep
CoC#3 - 1 partial rep
CoC#3 - 1 partial rep (closed with help and hold)
CoC2# - 3 full reps and 4 partial
I always doing the same for my left hand, but with some help from my right hand.
